We were looking for a company to undertake a sales & marketing campaign on our behalf, when we were approached by Springboard promoting their sales and marketing services. We agreed a project to supply Springboard with basic data for 2800 companies so that they could create a workable database. Information required was names and positions of decision makers, together with email addresses, confirmation of address and direct telephone numbers. They undertook the project for us using designated individuals from their experienced team, and reported to us on a weekly basis by importing the database into our CRM system for our use. From this information we were able to start our own email and letter campaign, knowing it was reaching the correct contact within that organisation. I was particularly impressed that Springboard took the time out to advise us of any contacts who had expressed an interest in our products. This was a very valuable and successful assignment, which freed our own sales people to be more proactive in sales.
